Toggle between saved display settings - if you use multiple monitors (e.g. anything from 13" laptop to 49" curve monitor)

I move frequently between the office and home during the course of the day, as well as occasionally having to hot desk to a desk with a different sized monitor and on occasions also have to translate using my laptop without an extra screen. I've found a way to save how I optimise the Trados window to my own preferences for the various different screens, which vary from a 13 inch laptop without an external monitor through to hooked up to a 49" curve (resolution wise from 1920 x 1080 to 5120 x 1440) but would love a way to toggle with a keyboard shortcut between the different setups.
