Whenever I choose a different project template, the question

"This change will overwrite all of the settings you have defined. Are you sure you want to continue?",

and I have to click on "Yes" in order to proceed. I can understand asking this the first time a user changes template, but every time? Normally these kind of warning windows include a check box that allows disabling the window in all future instances (e.g. "[ ] Disable this question in the future", or similar wording).

I would really appreciate it if there were a way to change the settings so that this extremely annoying window doesn't appear all the time (I have to answer “Yes” for every singole projet I create, as I always work from a variety of my own templates, and never from the default one).
