Jobs in Recovery should be visible on MY Jobs page

I'll like that there on My Jobs page in TMS cut be made an felt for Jobs in Recovery. Like Jobs in Exception. So those person there is uploading jobs to translation, can see if the jobs fail. So they don't upload the same jobs more than once.
