TMS - option to import confirmed seg. and 100% matches into online TMs

Currently, TMS only allows two possibilities when it comes to importing segments from running projects into a TM:

-Either all segments (including unconfirmed segments and fuzzy matches)

-Or only confirmed segments.

These two options are too restrictive. Ideally, there should be a third possibility to import confirmed segments and 100% matches - to make sure any 100% matches applied locally are also imported into the online TMs.

    The other day, I prepared some statistics for a client where we showed them where the leveraging was coming from for one of their TMS workflows, where they have a TM sequence in place, with a Master TM and other secondary TMs. In those graphs, we could see that 1/3 of the leveraging was regularly coming from a secondary TM, applied wit no penalty, in the TM sequence. This means that 1/3 of the content translated in that workflow is not being populated in the Master TM because it was recouped as 100% match from a secondary TM. With the current default settings in TMS, that content will never enter the Master TM. SHouldn't this content be populated into the master TM by default? This would only be possible if both, confirmed and 100% matched segments, are imported into the TMs after project completion.
