Unfortunately there are under-the-hood technical reasons why this is not possible.

Possibility to use a project type for more than one source locale

For each source locale you want to propose to project creators, you need to have a corresponding project type. Often, the project types for various locales are identical, except for the source locale. It would be good if one could create one project type which can be used for various source locales.
