Display the "Version" and "Changes" fields by default in Draft Space : Status History

    In Tridion Docs 15, we have added "Version" as a mandatory (default) field in the properties dialog when you click on "New version". The changes field however remains a part of the optional fields as not all users would like to make it a mandatory field.
