When highlighting words/sentences it would be nice to have, akin to Word or Outlook, a floating box of default text formats (found under Insert -> Software) that are easily and readily accessible. Going through the finicky right-click menu or going up to the header is a bit cumbersome for the former and too much context switching for the latter.

When highlighting text or sentences, a user can either right-click and go through the menu on changing the formatting _or_ go to the top task bar and use drop down for change formatting. The latter requires a bit of context switching or which the former may require some patience with bringing up the menus; both can delay progress.


Expected
--------
Have a floating box with a subset of formatting options, akin to what is available in Word or Outlook, which would make for a more simplified one-click operation for re-formatting text.
