I have purchased one set of “SDL Trados Studio 2917”, several years ago.
SDL is one of the greatest company for a natural Language Translation Memory.
“SDL” is now also known as “RWS”.
I have a login account that has been entered successfully on SDL or RWS.

But, now, I cannot entered successfully.
Unsuccessfully or failed to login……

Why?
and How.
