We are moving the legacy XPP SOAP based Web Services API into deprecated status. This SOAP implementation of Web Services will be retired on September 30, 2024.

XPP RESTful Web Services was introduced in July 2020 as part of our XPP modernization strategy. It is now the industry standard expected with all software products. This is the API implementation we will continue to support and enhance going forward. Customers are encouraged to migrate to the XPP RESTful Web Services API as soon as possible to ensure on-going support. Our Professional Services team are offering a complimentary upgrade analysis to assist with this migration.
