I know this is an old message but I just had this issue and found that the SHIFT + Windows key + F10 option mentioned by Susan worked for me.

I was a guinea pig and tested and it. It works brilliantly - thanks very much it will speed up finding my typos enormously!

After the 2016 Miami conference, we were told that we would be able to access the presentations from the sessions on the XyUser Group website. Can you point us to where these are being housed? They would be very helpful to our Team. Thanks!

I also have SnagIt, but had no idea that it was creating a conflict. I'm able to create XPP tag brackets with SHIFT + Windows key + F10. Not sure if this would work for anyone else, or not...?

Yes indeed it would be a nice secondary FAST...if only it worked also without the Direct to PDF.

But I guess that not many people can do all of their output through Direct to PDF.

Thanks for posting this. I saw the other XPP (link below) vs. XyUser group - I was wondering which page would be more appropriate for asking questions. I notice that most of the membership between the two groups overlap - although some members are unique to one or the other group. That may impact the responses one gets to an XPP question.
