Blank White Screen

Until recently Language Weaver was working fine.  This week I can log in.  However, when I either drag a file to L.W. or attempt to upload a file the screen goes to completely blank and white.  It is like it gets stuck and cannot upload the file.

We have tried things like clearing cache and cookies, etc.   I have checked with my company IT folks and they tell me that nothing on my computer is blocking the upload of the file.   Others in my organization are not experiencing this issue.

Any suggestions?
