I changed my details in RWS and my Language Weaver Admin User, myself, hasn't changed. I cannot edit my own details and it still recognize me as the former email even when logged-in with the new one. How do I change my own details or how do I create to myself a new user ?
Hi Benjamin, If you are unable to modify your details directly in Language Weaver (translate.sdl.com) please raise a support ticket from within Trados Language Cloud or directly https://gateway.sdl.com/ , so our support team can modify details for you in Language Weaver. Please provide details which will need changing, e.g. old & new email address. Free LW accounts only allow 1 user. Thank you
