Hi Chris,
We have 2 different instances of Language Weaver: 1 in Europe and 1 in the US.
Both instances are fully segregated and have their own URL.
If your account is enabled in Europe, your translations are performed in Europe: the URL to access the European portal is https://portal.languageweaver.com
If your account is enabled in the US, your translations are performed in the US: the URL to access the US portal is https://us.portal.languageweaver.com
