I recently upgraded to Trados Studio 2024, which is supposed to include “Language Weaver with an annual allowance of up to 6 million MT characters per account."
When I log into My Account at portal.languageweaver.com, my Language Weaver MT subscription is inactive (“Expired”). This is because, prior to upgrading to Studio 2024, I had Studio 2021 and a purchased (with credit card) annual subscription to Language Weaver. Naturally, I did not renew this annual subscription when it expired a few weeks ago because I no longer required it, as the subscription is supposed to be included with Trados Studio 2024.
When I click on “Manage Subscription” in the Language Weaver portal, no options/actions are available to me.
How do I proceed to have my Language Weaver MT subscription, which is supposed to be included in Trados Studio 2024, activated?
