Good morning, I can't log in to portal.languageweaver.com with my RWS ID. I receive the message: “You are not allowed to login to Language Weaver. Please use another account or contact your Language Weaver administrator.” Please help. Greetings, Marek

I can't log in to portal.languageweaver.com with my RWS ID.
I receive the message:
“You are not allowed to login to Language Weaver. Please use another account or contact your Language Weaver administrator.”

I don't have Trados
Please help.

    up until recently, you did not have a user account in Language Weaver, and that is why you could not login. I have created the user account for you. By now, you should have received a Welcome to Language Weaver email with instructions on how to set up your Langauge Weaver password and access the portal. Once you have the password, logging into Language Weaver will be easy.
