Login to Language Weaver portal failed

Good morning,
I can't log in to portal.languageweaver.com with my RWS ID.
I receive the message:
“You are not allowed to login to Language Weaver. Please use another account or contact your Language Weaver administrator.”

I just bought Trados Studio Freelance subscription and Language Weaver Starter.

I have tried to follow all instruction videos and forum suggestions  I have found but it seems that there is an issue with my credentials.
