Hi, I've got a problem (the printscreen). Moreover, when I'm trying to open a new project, there's a message I reached the limit of characters of MT Cloud. Meanwhile: I tried turning off my firewall (didn't help), I've got an SDL Language Cloud account and my report says I've translated about 290,000 characters since the beginning of my subscription. Could anyone help me with that? :(

As this post is several 1 year old - there is no official response of value provided at this stage, I would like to recommend you to update Trados Studio to the latest version. That will most likely solve the issue.
