We have recently added GroupShare including Online Editor licenses and turned on the integration to SDL MT Edge.

Please share any best practices with regard to configuration and  groupshare license (resource) management in this configuration. 

Specifically for MT Edge,

1) the documentation states to add the user ID /PW of the user- editor in the API configuration.  On the surface this seems incorrect so we added the system id ( which is also and id in groupshare. 

2) Projects in groupshare require a predefined LP. MT Edge documentations states the Project template must be pre-defined in gorupshare with specific naming convention based on language pair. On the surface this does not seem feasible with (1) the number of LP possible including chained LPs, and (2) the auto detect feature in SDL Edge.
