Problems downloading SDL TM Repair Tool

I can't download SDL TM Repair App to fix errors with my TM. I am told I need to have a licence, but I do have a licence for the SDL Trados 2019 version I have installed on my pc. Can anyone who has an answer to this problem assist please?
