Is there anyway to do away with hours on minutes on Translation jobs, Invoices and Payments views? I don't want to see the times. The dates are more than enough for me.

Somehow missed this question. Unfortunately there is no way to customize this, as this is hard coded. We'll think how to add this functionality.
