Culture selection not permanent

Hi, Eugene!

I write here because I am tired of changing the culture every day, because after closing the program it returns to English date format.

Well, my OS is in English. But the program should keep my setting, isn't it? (In my case ES, I also tried some variants like ES, ES-ES, CA-ES...)

This must be a bug. Is there a remedy somehow?

database error, red blocks instead of widgets

I'm experiencing a total failure of the interfave of TBM Essential. I was trying to open the scheduler and the program got stuck on a page with a red block error.

the f12 command gave me this:

Add the filters including Vendor Group filter to the Price-list > Linked vendors > Link > Vendors page

Hi Eugene,

Just as the title says, it would be more convenient if you could add the filters including Vendor Group filter to the Price-list > Linked vendors > Link > Vendors page (just like the Vendor search page when we create an Assignment). I wonder if it would be added in the future?

P/S: Could I purchase 2 more users for my TBM Team version via my local reseller here in Vietnam? Is there a fixed price per user?

Hi Eugene,

I believe it would be more helpfull if the average rating could be a decimal instead of an interger (For example: 4.5, 3.7, etc). This would help to decide which vendors are given more priority over an assignment. Would it possible soon?

List View Clone suddenly stops working

Invoice Sum Total

Sum Total on Invoice Does Not Correct After Editing Error Message: When an invoice is being created, often we have to add or change some of the jobs on the invoice. However after having edites these jobs, when we return to finalising and savinf it as a PDF, we realise that the total, both with and without tax, has not automatically updated from the original document's total. We are not sure why this is the case, especially since the system successfully calculates the total in the first place before the editing. It is concernçing for us, as it raises the question of how well we can trust the software with the maths required for the invoices.

Any help you could offer to help solve this issue would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

We are unsure as to how easiest to fix this problem, as saving the invoices as a Word document to edit renders the formatting nearly unusable. If you could offer a solution on how best to fix this we would greatly appreciate it.

I would like to ask if there is any possibility to create an invoice for an order that has already been invoiced. The invoice has been deleted and the job is now uninvoiced. But when he wants to create an invoice, it shows PLN 0, even though a different amount is assigned to the order. I cannot edit the invoice in any way so that the amount of the order is shown. I will be very grateful for your help.

TBM looking for some kind of connection with gmail

Hello,

I am using TBM Essential, version: 6.1.73, and I have a problem with it in "quotes" and "jobs" windows.

It happens that TBM automatically opens my browser at the following webpage:

I click on my gmail account and I get this message:

I click on "allow" and always get this error message:

Why is TBM prompting me with that request, in the first place?

What should I do for that?

Hi Eugene,

When the client submits a project or a job, notifications always show up on the PM accounts. However, when the job status is changed, and the translation is delivered to the client, and any other actions, the notifications on client account do not pop up or appear in the notification list.

Also, on project delivery, when the Apply button is clicked, sometimes the Project delivery window does not disappear and the notification tab shows nothing.

When creating a new client, in the "Add Contact" window, when I click on Department, a blank page is shown.

Other functions seem working well.

Hello,

I would like to try creating a customer account so I checked article at Creating an account for a customer .

The problem is that I can't find "security" menu or any user tab in TBM 6.1.73.

Where are they?

Hi Eugene,

I would like to know if such features are available in the near future:

- Automatic reminder emails to be sent to vendors/clients to urge them to take some actions (e.g. vendors fail to deliver the translation by the set deadline)
- Adding a vendor group directly (instead of indiviudual vendors) in the Assignment Candidates Section

Also, there might be some potential bugs here:

- In the Notification (spelling issue) list, when I create a new notification and click User field, a blank page pops up:

- In the Assignment candidate section, when I send a Vendor quote request, it seems that the respective vendor does not receive any notification and the page for them to take the quote action.

Cannot upload delivery files via vendor portal

Hi, none of our vendors can upload target or any delivery files to the server via TBM. The upload always got stuck and there is no further progress. We have this problem for 3 days now.

Any users cannot upload target or any delivery files to the server via TBM, either admin or vendor. The upload always got stuck in this screen and there is no further progress:

Vendor Portal add-on's issue

Hi Eugene,

I purchased Vendor Portal add-on for TBM 6 (Team version with 3 + 1 additional users) and received the support team's confirmation that it offer unlimited users. However, regardless of account/user types (Admin, PM-based, Sale Manager, Vendor Manager accounts, Vendor account, etc.), only a maximum of 4 accounts/users can log in to TBM (while the vendor role accounts should be unlimited). Could you please help me out with this?

Permission to access to only a specified client group

TBM doesn't safe data.

Hello,

TBM doesn't save data when I click save and close. For example, I unchecked the payment 2 times. After clicking save and close everything is ok, the payment was unchecked. Today it turned out that it is not unchecked.

I will be very grateful for help in this matter! :)

Biller information not showing on invoices

Hi!

As of about a month ago, all my invoices have the biller field empty, even though my company information is entered in the settings, as before.

I'm running version 6.1.55. I would update to try and fix the bug, but I get an error (the remote server returned an error (404)) every time I try to download the update, even though my network connection is definitely working fine.

Deactivating and reactivating the product doesn't seem to be an option either, because I also get an error when I try to do that!

Any suggestions?
