Hi all,
I upgrade SDL Trados Studio 2019 to 2021.
After upgrade, Business Manager Lite activation not working.
I clicked activation button (right to "Option" button, green shield "V" icon), there is no response.
I paid to buy Business Manager Lite, but in 2021 manager only works in demo version 
I also returned Business Manager key, so in my account it is "Available" statys,
delete and reinstall Business Manager or reinstall Trados Studio also no use.
Please help me solve this problem.

Confirming that Activation button does not work. And unfortunately it is not a bug which I can fix in the plugin. Studio team will be fixing it. While we're waiting, do you have license for 2019? In this case, you can install plugin there, activate, and continue to use in 2021..
Hello, we raised this issue as a critical defect with the team - CRQ-20659. We will update this thread as we go and let people know once this is solved.

Hi, Eugene! I also upgraded to 2021 and additionally downloaded BM Lite 5.3.1 following this procedure (I had removed the existing BM Lite):

The Business Manager is indeed running in Studio 2019 but not in 2021. Actually, BM Lite is not even listed for activation in the Plugins section of Studio 2021.

Currently, BM Lite is running on 2019 but not in 2021. Actually, BM Lite is not listed for activation in the Plugins section of Studio 2021.
When installing 5.3.1, the checkbox for 2021 was also greyed out.

Yes, issue exists :( Activation still does not work indeed. Very soon version 2021.5.3.4 will be published, where this issue is fixed, but due a number of unexpected issues this release was delayed few times. Hopefully, it will be in the App store very soon! Can't tell exact date, but fix is ready and being tested.

I updated Trados 2021 SR1 16.1.2.4090 and installed 2021.5.3.4 for 2021, finally activation problem is solved.
SDL AppStore > Remove > Install helped that problem. Now that activation button is working.
