I have been using BaccS but my laptop got stolen and I now only have access to a backup file (.bak) and a .sdf file but I can't use them. Is there any way of extracting this data into Business Manager?

Ohhh.. just, no words ((( Hope you had backup of most important data, and it wasn't too hurting..
As for restoring access, we have this page where you can download older version:
