I moved you back to the TBM forums because this is the place to get help.  Can you uninstall your plugins, and then go to the appstore and manually download the correct version of the plugin for your installation?

Hi Paul, I followed all your instructions, I am still in demo mode:
SDL Trados 2021: SR2-16.2.10.9305
Trados business manager: 2021.5.3.6

I downloaded the plugin from the link provided.
I also downloaded the connectror from the link provided.
I am still in demo mode and can’t create a new invoice.
I end-up editing already existing invoices to create this month’s invoices for clients.
Last time this happened, the problem was on your side (when I upgraded from Trados 2019 to 2021).
Is there another correct version of the plugin for my installation?

TBM Connector can't be in demo mode, because it's free plugin and it does not require licensing.

I suppose you use TBM Lite, right? If so, can you please tell what happens when you click Activate?

Do you see licensing window? Can you enter you license code there?
