So glad to hear that it was solved! TBM6 + Studio Connector is different stuff comparing to TBM Lite 5. Latter is standalone plugin working inside Studio, while TBM6 Essential is Windows application which can integrate with Studio via TBM Connector plugin. So, these are 2 separate solutions.&lt;/p&gt;

At least, this is the longest it&amp;#39;s run without throwing up the error.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve also managed to connect it to Trados Studio. Only I&amp;#39;m not seeing the menu option in Studio&amp;#39;s navigation. I&amp;#39;ve got &amp;quot;Create a quote&amp;quot; and so on in the Home menu, but not &amp;quot;Business Manager Lite&amp;quot; (or whatever it should now say) beneath &amp;quot;Translation Memories&amp;quot;, bottom left. &lt;p&gt;Thank you for your time and writing this. Although majority of users have no issues, there are some cases, like yours, when something does not work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have 2 questions for you:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Which version do you use? Latest one:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="https://update.sdl.com/updates/update1/tbm6/trados_business_manager_desktop_6.0.17.exe"&gt;https://update.sdl.com/updates/update1/tbm6/trados_business_manager_desktop_6.0.17.exe&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. If problem not gone after installing latest version, can you please press F12 and male a screenshot or copy/paste red text in the &lt;strong&gt;Console&lt;/strong&gt; tab?&lt;/p&gt;
