Desactivated licence after hard disc drive upgrade

Strange case: last week I changed motherboard and I could reactivate Baccs 5 without problems. This week I added a new SSD harddrive and now I cannot use it, or activate / deactivate. The application says "the error message has been submited to us. We will reply you etc" 

As people post here this kind of problems, I do the same, hoping for a prompt solution.
