&lt;p&gt;I work in a translation agency and we just purchased SDL Trados Studio for the first time. Our main request for this TMS system was the ability to create quotes for our clients and after&amp;nbsp;the research we found out that this is possible only while using Trados Business Manager Lite plugin. We downloaded it but turned out there&amp;#39;s no&amp;nbsp;ability to add&amp;nbsp;individual files to the quote without connecting it to the particular project. It&amp;#39;s important for our clients to get detailed quotation of each file and seems like it&amp;#39;s impossible in TMB Lite plugin (if it&amp;#39;s possible I would be really glad if you could tell me how to do it).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As far as I understood we can create detailed quotes in Trados Business Manager Essential version (online or desktop if it&amp;#39;s still available). I&amp;#39;ve read all the articles here about TBM Essential but still&amp;nbsp;couldn&amp;#39;t get&amp;nbsp;the clear information of installation. Almost all links that were sent don&amp;#39;t work&amp;nbsp;and can&amp;#39;t be found anymore and&amp;nbsp;so as some articles. There was an article that says that I can download TBM Essential from my SDL account but my account is empty.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So my question is: where can I download TBM Essential (online or desktop doesnt&amp;#39; matter) and what I should do to install it properly?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your answers would be very helpful because I&amp;#39;m tired of trying to find the right information and it&amp;#39;s even more harder for a new user of SDL Trados in general.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But the connection is always refused. The problem is just with the Business Manager Server. we tried do deactivate the BM server, activate the default windows and that one works like a charm. With the BM server each time we try to connect:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5. I try entering different folders (e.g. a folder on my Desktop, in My documents, in my BaccS back-up folder, etc.), and the message in point 4 above always appears.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help would be much appreciated. Is there a &amp;#39;correct&amp;#39; folder to specify?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I suspect&amp;nbsp;it does this for every job task with an associated calendar event.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After having successfully authenticated 30-40 connections, I killed the&amp;nbsp;TBM instance in the Windows task manager.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I reopen&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;TBM, the data is not completely imported.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please help!&lt;/p&gt;

However, regardless of account/user types (Admin, PM-based, Sale Manager, Vendor Manager accounts, Vendor account, etc.), only a maximum of 4 accounts/users can log in to TBM (while the vendor role accounts should be unlimited). &lt;p&gt;I tried to install and activate TBM 5 (because I want to import TO300 data and understand that this is not possible with TBM 6). I have failed to activate the licence, both online or offline. I then tried to import my TO3000 3 D data and the process started but was then aborted due to too many projects.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My questions are:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Is this error message only due to the fact that the licence is not activated (&amp;quot;Maximum allowed job count exceeded&amp;quot;?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If yes:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol start="2"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;How do I activate the licence?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If no:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol start="2"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What is the limit for projects that can be imported?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And then: How do I activate the licence?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;i got an error when enabling authentication for (Anonymous Authentication) (please check the image attached. the error direct me to the file name: web.config.in the web there were suggestions of deleting the file( web.config) but it didn&amp;#39;t work.&lt;/p&gt;
