&lt;p&gt;You have a number of options to send a message with invoice file attached to a client.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;From the invoice list or invoice editing form, select necessary invoices and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Message to client(s)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;button:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;img alt=" " src="/resized-image/__size/320x240/__key/communityserver-wikis-components-files/00-00-00-02-93/pastedimage1612343517683v1.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Depending on you selection, application can generate a message with invoice (and optionally attach invoice PDF file), payment reminder, or other message to a customer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;If you select&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Invoice&lt;/strong&gt;, application&amp;nbsp;will check if invoice PDF file exists for a selected invoice or not. If it does not exists, invoice file will be generated automatically and attached to an invoices and generated message.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;In the result, you will see message generation window:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;From here you can&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;View&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;generated message to make some corrections in the text,&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Preview&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;them, or click&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Send&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Send all&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;buttons to send messages. Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Save and close&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;to save e-mail message.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
