When a job is linked with GroupShare project, you can import analysis report to quickly calculate project amount and prepare for creating an assignment. To do this, follow these steps:

Select RWS > GroupShare > Import analysis on the toolbar:

If analysis report is available, default CAT Analysis import window will be opened:

Check that all language pairs are selected, as this will allow SDL Trados Business Manager to find a job where to put analysis data to.

Important. When data is being imported, Trados Business Manager will be looking for existing jobs in a project according to language pairs shown in the Analysis results window. If corresponding job won't be found, that language pair will be skipped (not imported into a project). Translation jobs are not created automatically. Based on this, before importing data from GroupShare into Business Manager, please check that necessary translation jobs already exist in a project. To quickly create such jobs, switch to the Translation jobs tab and click Create jobs button. This will create empty jobs for all language pairs specified in a project.
