Download and install TBM Connector plugin from here:

Run Studio and confirm that plugin runs correctly. Open plugin settings:
In your browser, open TBM, open application settings and switch to the Integrations tab. Find SDL Trados Studio section:
Copy Tenant and Application key values to the plugin settings window.
In the same plugin settings window, enter Application URL (for example, https://www.tbm.com), User name and User password which you use to logon.
Optionally, select Project templates path and Folder to store projects. Latter is used when you create projects in Studio from TBM.
Optionally, switch to the Translation memories and Termbases tabs and add local translation memories and termbases which you could wish to use in your projects created from TBM.
Click Save and close.
Connect icon of the TBM connector toolbar should become blue (). If it's red (), then connection with your TBM instance is not established - please check all parameters again.
To check integration, select any project in Studio and click Create a job/project button. Project creation dialog will appear. If you can see you clients, currencies and other values in the popup dialog, then this means that connection works well:
