When a TBM project is linked with Studio project, you can create Studio packages directly from TBM and get generated packages in your project in TBM. It allows to quickly prepare files fro your vendors. To create packages, please follow this procedure:

Select a project in TBM and click RWS > Trados Studio > Create package. The following dialog appears:

In this dialog, you can specify file names, deadline, provide additional comments and configure project creation options. In the bottom section of the window (Files) you will see project files available for package creation. For each file, you can select target user (existing in Studio) which you wish to assign it to. If you leave some user empty, package for that file/language won't be created. For example, let's select a user only for one file:

Click OK to send a command to Studio to start creating packages. When Studio finishes to create files, these files will be sent to TBM and attached to a project. The following confirmation message appears when operation is completed:

Switch to the Files tab to find generated packages:

You can create assignments or open existing assignment, switch to the Files tab and click Add from project, to attach generated file to a specific assignment, so this file will become available for your vendor (for example, through a portal).
