For moderator, I'm sorry I can't write in a goog english. I am doing the training course for Level 1 
 
 When I create a new Translation Memory the drop down list is empty for Language processing rules and Field template. I forgot something ?

Please create a "Customer" first this will generate a default Language processing rule.
