Adding a file after the project is created

Hi! I opened a project in Studio via Trados Enterprise and need to add a file. How do I add a file after a project is created in Trados Enterprise? Thanks!

You can not do this from Studio, but from the Browser. In Projects -> Project details -> Files -> Add files.
