Unable to reach Language Cloud servers (Check your internet and firewall settings)

My internet and firewall settings are fine. I just activated my license for Trados Freelance SR 2 2021 and has been activated successfully, but when I wanted to sign in, Trados Studio Cloud Sign In error message stating 'Unable to reach Language Cloud servers. Check your internet connection and firewall settings, then try again.'I got this error message.
