Customer Portal - Projects non visible on the Customer's Dashboard

Hello,

When I create a project on the Customer's Location, the client does not see it on his Customer Portal interface. He can only see the ones he has created himself.

How can the Customer see on its Dashboard projects created by a Project Manager?

Here are 2 situations in which this happens:
1) a client has created a project on Trados LiveTeam via the Customer Portal just to send us the documents to be translated. But for various reasons (file cancellation, replacement and others...) we had to create a new project on our side with the final files to be translated. It has been created on the Customer's Location but is still not visible on the Customer Portal?

2) another client sent us his documents by email, but wants us to manage the project on LiveTeam in order to see the progress of the project, but again, when we create the project on its location on LiveTeam, he does not see it on the Customer Portal interface.
