If I create a local project with local resources, can I save this local project to the Cloud ?

Hi, 
 Normally, I should be able to send the project to the cloud thanks to the menu option "Save to Cloud". But this option is greyed. What is the problem? Can you help me? 
 I'm working with Studio 2022 and I try to send my local project to the cloud.
