indesign idml translation deepl

Question

Hello 
 I was instructed to post this question here. 
 I noticed that redokun has quite good .idml tranlation capabilities that preserve the layout of the design document. A brochure in my case. The .idml that goes through deepl requires only minimal adjustments and is almost ready for print. 
 Are these capabilities available in Trados Enterprise?

Hi Severi - yes. You can add DeepL as a translation provider app to your Trados cloud account and it will work the same, if not better due to our sophisticated file type support. The process is described here and works for Trados Team, Trados Accelerate and Trados Enterprise. Trados Team: How to install and activate DeepL add-on (sdl.com)

Please be aware, that DeepL requires the Advanced or Ultimate subscription. Smaller subscriptions don't work with CAT tools.
