You have reached the maximum number of active projects for your account subscription - help I deleted  all my projects but still get the error message

    It is worth noting that the maximum number of active projects in the Freelance subscription is 30. As this was also discussed in chat and it seems not to be the case, I have submitted a ticket.

    It seems like you're encountering an issue with the maximum number of active projects for your account subscription in Trados Studio. Even though you've deleted all your projects, you're still getting the error message. This could be due to the Client Access Licenses (CALs) being in use.

    Here's what you can do:

    Step 1: Login to the Trados GroupShare web UI.

    Step 2: Navigate to System Configuration > Licensing.

    Step 3: In the Project Server section, check if all the Project Server CALs are in use.

    If all the Project Server CALs are in use, you will see the error message you described. To free up CALs, you need to ensure that the GroupShare Project is not set as active in Trados Studio or close Trados Studio.

    Please note that CALs are used per client application, not per user. So the same person can be logged in with the same GroupShare user in Trados Studio, Chrome and Firefox and use 3 CALs.

    If the issue persists, you might need to consider purchasing more CALs.
