Unable to reach Language Cloud

Hi, I've got a problem (the printscreen). Moreover, when I'm trying to open a new project, there's a message I reached the limit of characters of MT Cloud. Meanwhile: I tried turning off my firewall (didn't help), I've got an SDL Language Cloud account and my report says I've translated about 290,000 characters since the beginning of my subscription. Could anyone help me with that? :(
