I am pleased to announce the first release version of the SDL Connector for Veeva Vault RIM.

Features:

• Create Translation Request in Vault with source document
• Customize Translation Object fields in Vault and map data fields to SDL for data sharing
• Auto status synchronization of translation request lifecycle states
• Auto-download of translated document
• On upload of translated document
  • Set draft version numbering
  • Set source/target relationship
  • Copy document metadata from source (option to filter what is copied)
  • Copy roles and sharing settings from source
• Vault user can Approve or Reject translated document
• Error messaging to end-user and admins (configure email addresses)
• Restrict access to SDL Connector via Vault permission set/security profiles
• Configure Burst API and Daily API limits
• Configure connector polling frequencies

 Functional Requirements:

• Supports single document per translation request
• Supports single source/target language pair per translation request
