We are pleased to release an update for the SDL Integration for Salesforce Knowledge. This delivers updates as requested by customers to provide efficiency when managing large volumes of articles.

Version 1.29

Supports SDL Managed Translation, SDL TMS and SDL Language Cloud only.

Callouts
Reduced the callouts when uploading articles.
Previously the app gets an auth token for every uploaded article, this is now reduced to one auth token per 40 articles or based on the configured batch size.

Retry Methods
We have implemented a Retry method to resolve an issue if there is an upload failure from Salesforce to SDL.
If the article upload fails more than 3 times, the app deletes the draft article and sends an mail to the configured Additional Email list, requesting the user to resubmit the failed articles.
