Cannot see both preferred and forbidden terms in my termbase

Question

Hello! I just used Glossary Converter to try and fix a glitch in my TB, but when I try reconverting the excel into a termbase, I can only see either the forbidden or the preferred term in the target language. How can I fix this? Thanks!

 When you used the Glossary Converter did you create a picklist for these fields?

Trados Studio > 4. MultiTerm
