Cannot «save target as»

Question

Latest version of SDL Trados Studio (Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.3.11695) does not offer me any option to &laquo; save target as &raquo; after translating files.

 Please advise if you tried also with the Shift + F12. 
 Can you please send me a screenshot with what do you have in Editor and under File.
