"Our cloud platform cannot process your request right now"

Question

Someone can help me??? 
 I have crated a new project. 
 2 documents to translate from EN to FR: One .xlsm and 2nd is PPT 
 Translation memories ok / Termbases ok 
 When I perform Batch processing - Analysis - in order to evaluate word-count, I receive this message error: 
 "Our cloud platform cannot process your request right now. Try later" 
 (ps: I am logged in on my account)

Helene Minville Please confirm if you are still having issues with this. 
 Please also confirm, 
 
 is this error isolated to just this 1 project 
 presumably, you were able to perform an analysis before in the past against other projects? 
 is your project file based 
 are the TM resources file based or are you using a Translation Engine?
