No, there is no way in Trados Studio to sort the segments. Trados Studio doesn't work with a database backend so the information is rendered as it's parsed from the bilingual file and the editor view show exactly this. So you can filter, but not sort. A plugin to render the editor content in a different view could be built quite easily but I doubt this will be very useful as it would probably be read only without some substantial work.
It might be something that the language cloud team could consider for the online editor... not sure... but Patrik Mazanek might be able to elaborate on that.
