Why can't I import a tmx file from Across into Trados 2019?
Why can't I import a tmx file from Across into Trados 2019?
In order to best guide you I would need a bit more details like what are the steps you have been following in trados studio ? or which language pairs were used to create the TMX; Do you get any error message when trying to import the TMX?
As general steps to import any TMX from any other tool there is needed to
1. create a new translation memory in Trados studio with the same exact language pairs as the TMX was created with or use an existing TM in trados studio but please make sure the language pairs are the right ones.
2. Open the SDLTM in the TM view in trados studio
3. right click on the TM and select import . Then you will be prompted with a window where you need to select the folder in your PC where you have the TMX saved and done.

Hope this helps
