To close of this thread and to help others- our support team manually installed the msi modules from

C:ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2017_SR1\modules

Now I believe Studio is working properly.

Hi Steven Whale, I am Jesus from Spain, I logged a support ticked and for the moment no answer from Dorin, the only I got was a link to download the latest version of Trados Studio

If that doesn't help I suggest you log a support case.

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
