Hi,
I upgraded my Trados Studio Freelance 2017 to 2021 SR2. Today I installed it and tried to open a Groupshare projet.
I entered the server login credentials successfully (the server is available) but the error message is that I am not allowed to open the project. I don't understand what I need to do to fix the problem.

Is this happening for all projects or for a specific one created via an integration API (e.g. Helix). If it happens for a specific project please check the below articles:
