Neither deactivation online, nor offline nor resetting the license works

Hello,

I got a new laptop and wanted to deactivate the license on the old one to be able to use Trados on the new computer. I also have a spare computer where the license is activated which is fine.

What can I do to deactivate the license on my old computer? Nothing worked and I'm kinda stuck right now.

Any help is really appreciated.
