A RWS engineer replied on the support case that the license has been reset. Can you please try to reactivate it?

I have tried to but I'm asked for an activation code. I'm still getting the notice that I'm still in the Trial Period, I've now got 2 days left, I'm given the option to activate my licence, but when I click on that, I'm asked for an activation code, which I don't have.

You have a license in your RWS account (https://oos.sdl.com/) under Product & Plans > Licenses. Initially you said that you tried to reset your license from there.

Even going into it this way I get the message 

Users 1     In Use 0     Available 1 

So I'm no further forward.

This means that the license is available for activation and you can activate it as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001381

Every time I try and reset it, I get back to this screen, I just get led round in circles each time, but always end up back at the same point as I do in the screenshot provided. 

I cannot find my product activation code anywhere. How do I find this?

Your activation code is the one from the screenshot, starting with "1b7a....".  You need to copy that in the Studio activation box. Please edit the post and delete the screenshot as this is a public forum.
